Terms & Conditions

Try-ons: 

Try-ons are strictly a 30-minute time frame. If you're running late, please message us in advance.

Max 3 guests, including you. 

Note: Try-ons do not secure a garments for your event

cancellations require a minimum12 hours’ notice before your appointment. If a cancellation is made within 6 hours of the appointment, you will incur a $15 cancellation fee — this includes no-shows. You will be contacted, and this must be made via bank transfer 

Payments:

To book and secure an outfit, full payment is required. Payment is non-refundable.

Therefore, we recommend booking a try-on or confirming your size before making a booking

Payments are made Via cash or bank transfer 

Returns:

Weekday hires:( Monday- Thursday)the garment is to be returned to the drop box by 8 pm the following day 

Weekend hires: (Friday- Sunday): garments are to be returned to the drop box by 11 am Monday following the rental period 

Note:

 Late fees will apply if the garment is not returned by the due date,  $15 per day until the garment is returned. If your late return causes other clients’ hires to be cancelled, you will be liable for any resulting financial loss.

15 days and the garment is deemed a non-return, andthe  the client will be charged 100% of RRP

Cleaning 

All garments must be returned unwashed; cleaning is included in the hire price.

If a garment is returned with stains or damage, you MUST NOT attempt to clean it or repair it yourself. Please notify us of any issues immediately so we can address them appropriately.

If the garment needs to be dry cleaned, the hirer will be required to pay this in addition to the hiring fee. 

The garment is to be returned as per usual, and Safiyah will arrange the dry cleaning and send an invoice to the hirer. 

Damages  

All garments must be returned in the condition they were received. Please make sure you are happy with the condition before payment 

The hirer assumes full responsibility for the garment throughout the hire period and is accountable for any damage or loss incurred.

Garments must not be altered, modified, or customised in any manner.

In the event of minor damage, the hirer will be responsible for the cost of professional repairs, in addition to the hire fee.

Should a garment be damaged beyond repair, the hirer will be liable for the full replacement value (RRP), payable to Safiyah within 7 days of the garment’s due date, in addition to the hire fee.

The assessment of damage and corresponding charges will be determined at Safiyah’s sole discretion to ensure fairness and consistency.

Drop Offs & Pick Ups

Too busy to pick up or drop off leave it to use!!

Garments can be dropped off before an event, and also picked up after by us

This does not include try-ons.

Garments will be dropped off the night before an event.
